Bellamy said he doesn’t think Barkley is a top player and doesn’t agree due to the fact he hasn’t seen enough also isn’t convinced by him.

He says Barkley sometimes looks like he doesn’t know what he is doing (which is so true).

Bellamy has basically said Barkley has zero intelligence.
