HELP! I'm an idiot!

I am downloading a series directly to my external hard drive. It was making a lot of noise so I turned it off then clocked and it straight back on but it's too late, Azureus is saying "disk read error" and is no longer downloading.Can I fix it without starting the download process again?

make sure the disk is readable in ur computer first, that its recognised in the my computer sectionim not too good with Azureus but..right click the torrent file, then select sutin along the lines of re-check or force re-check or check files or sutin liek thatshould work

redownload the torrent open itden yur torrent downloader shud open and ask were 2 saveden save the same place were u started download itit shud den check wot u have downloaded den resumeif not yur external is abit messed up

Both ways should work, but try DB's first.

Tried DB's and it took forever. In half an hour it had only checked 4.2%. I shut Azureus down and I'm about to start it up again.
