I was just watching a video of this as the sunshine topic inspired me, and I was tihnking the amount of physical stregth some of these guys have is ridiculous. And what's more, is they aren't as bleno as some of these olympic gym guys, yet hold some serius body strength.Like for example, in Casino Royale, the bit where Bond is chaing that black guy through the bulding site, there's a bit where the black guy leaps across a long table, and then uses his arms to push him further along and clear the table. I was in disbelief when I saw it.*contemplates trying to jump from the third floor to the ground and leap over a car to fly kick the annoying family accross the street*

that scene was heavy when i saw it in cinemayeh small guys can hold their weight alot betterim a size 30 jeans 5'10 and weight jus under 10 stones but i can do over about 60 1 arm pressups each arm im not that strong either*goes to see if can still do it*

It's not even to do with how high you can jump. The way in which these guys propel themselves off of walls and stuff with their arms and legs is something else. You need serious body strength for that.

This is actually inspiration to be more on this gym ting. That kind of body strength would be sick. It's getting silly sometimes when people think I'm younger than I actually am becuase I'm skinny.
