if u have a client that based on statements he's made to you and the police etc, he then changes his story, and in your opinion you feel he is lying or is infact guilty..... how are you supposed to cope with defending him. ?

You have to defend them, regardless. Morales are dashed out the window.Johnny Cochran was a prime example

can't you just say you don't want to represent him anymore? ..unless you want his business.

not sure bout the ian huntley case, was he pleading guilty or not guilty of MURDER but rather manslaughter as he claimed he didnt mean to kill them? and as for OJ... "if the glove doesnt fit, you must acquit" the glove didnt fit

Technically if ur client tells you something which basicallys means he's guilty , you cant then go defend him as not guilty. Most most solictors will just say dont tell me themthings and get on with defneding it pretend they didt here it. Thats why i couldnt be a lawyer allow defending peados that u blaitently KNOW did it and get them off on sum technicallity

OJ got off nicely. Was too young to remember this case when it was happening, but was this before or after the Naked Gun movies?

his book wasnt describing how he wouldve done it, that was more to grab attention. but it never got published.. that case was too much of a media case to really know whether justice was really served, then you had the racist police trying to plant evidence
