I prefer full fat, but I drink skimmed as it obv has less calories. If Im to have a glas sof milk it has to be full, skimmed tastes nasty by itself. I hv full @ wk & skimmed @ hm as thats what everyone else drinks.In my cerreal half milk half cream (comes in a carton like that known as half & half over here) is BOOM in cerreal.
