this year i passed my driving test and i've been making moves to academically achieve my full potential!been also making some B. garms...

I should have said if I'm being pendantic.I just saved up some money from work, made a few p's off selling a few cars and added my student loan to it then my mum spotted me a couple of grand - bang there's my deposit. Got my mum to sign mortgage papers with me on the bestest mortgage ever and the rest is history.I don't live in this house, I rent it out.

he pays the mortgage to the house, so it is his! he rents it out to tenants... who in return pay rent to him, which in turn pays for the mortgage

TF?Yeah its my house, my name is on the mortgage...my mum really has nothing to do with it except for a few grand that has always been mine, I just needed her to be my guarantor for the mortgage that I got.

very confident in the skills I have obtained over the years, been studying business from way back in year 10. Started getting into media industry from when I started university.I want to get into Marketing/Advertising in the media industry....I also do a bit freelance music journalism, so a position in either of my specialisms in the media industry are areas I would be happy to take!!!

yer i aint hating or nuffin but that aint buyin a house when i read his post i thought rar 20 an ownin a house thats f*ckin big but a mortgage (well it aint anyfin obviously) but quite few of my boys have them at the mo (wivout the help of mumsie i mite add..lol no sendin) rates just went up aswell...but rentin to pay of the mortgage is defo a smart move if u can still live at home wiv mumsie.big still

my day job or on the side?my day job is Sales & Marketing for Point Blank London however, i spend most of my day working on Point Blank Online
