Because he doesnt jog back, means he doesnt care....Please, ive heard it all now.He gets pissed off with players like Jenas, Zokora, Malbranque and Lee because he is light years ahead of them talent wise, and you cant blame him.Dont get his nonchalant attitude confused with lazyiness. Its not. Its the type of player he is.

That's the thing, he knows he's bigger than the club and when that happens instead of proving it he does the opposite by doing f*ck all.Jol hugging him whenever he comes off no matter he did what just massaged his huge ego.

So we sell our best player, have no chance of signing another player as good as him due to our situation in the league and that is suppose to help us how exactly?Sack our manager, No big name manager would want to come to us and only few are European standard. Then we will have to rely on Bent to get us out of some relegation battle.Certain people *smh*

bent and defoe is the way foward you rely too much on keanetake him out and let the team learn to play without him this will also benefit berbs when he is brought back inbut most important you need to play all your youngsters because thats who your gnna rely on in the championship next season

Spurs fan at work has been saying that Keane likes to pretend he's in it for the team but really, he's not.Saying he should be dropped too but cos Jol has made him Captain it's impossible.
Madness.Keane is carrying the team. The bond he has with the fans is 2nd to none.
Madness? this is Spartaaaa but...Yeah you're right. Having a bond with the fans and captaining your side to 2nd bottom is 2nd to none.Probably never been seen before, seeing as most sensible fans will start looking at the captain as well as the manager when results are going wrong.

So wait a minute, we are now blaming Keane who has scored 5 goals in 4 games.Runs his socks off every game, chases down every ball, goes for every ball, shows passion, shows commitment, shows heart.Okay.....Our captain is Ledley King, we miss leadership from the back.Keane has NOTHING to do with any problem(s) we have at the moment. If anything he and possibly 1 or 2 others are the only ones showing that they care.

Whatever Jol says in the dressing room is being lost in translation on the pitch. It's captains job to reiterate the tactics of the manager!Scoring goals doesn't mean he can't be at fault too. There is something very wrong at Spurs, like we had last year and the last time we went down. I wouldn't be surprised if there are all kinds of cliques at the club plotting against the manager and board.Total mess.

Hes right in some ways, Berbatov has been playing for himself this season. Keane carries the team every game. He is the player who puts the most effort in. Berbatov is definately one of the best in Europe tho, but he hasnt proved it this season

07/08Relegation battle.1 win out of 10 (against the worst team in the league at home)
10 Games Played.28 to go.*slaps head*f*ck sake.
Bro, in all seriousness - 10 games is a lot still. 25% of your season gone already! Generally you have to win at least 10 games and draw 10 to stay in the league. To get top half you have win around 14/15 and draw 10 or more...It's looking a long season.

A team-by-team comparison of results with last season and the "almost heroes" season before that is interesting. Tottenham Hotspur are only 1 point short of last year's haul from the same games and 2 points short of the year before. Not only that but Spurs are even performing BETTER away from home (2 points better) against the same teams than they did in the 2006/7 and 2005/6. If Tottenham had played these 10 games in the beginning of either of the last two "top 5" seasons they would still be near the bottom of the league, if not in the bottom 3, since 1 point will get you a 5 place jump right now. Stranger still is that if Tottenham win their next match at home to Blackburn BMJ will be a point ahead of his position in regard to last year's matches. Yes, that's right: ahead of last year after just one win! An away win at Middlesbrough to follow would put the bald man on a par with the season before- the season Spurs almost dumped Arsenal out of the Champions League.
Not worrying at all.

What matters is the league table by the end of the season. Not after 10 games.
So why cling to stats from last season at this point.*baffled*
Because we were just as bad at this point last season. And people werent jumping around like the world was gonna implode, like they are doing just now.Short memories.Thats all im saying.
