Kaya is not dead, she's still in critical condition with broken legs, ribs and some internal injuries (so I'm told).As motorway drivers will know, Lorries are the worst when it comes to veering into other lanes. It doesn't suprise me that the car was hit on the M1 hard shoulder (especially since the M1 has such poor lighting, and the car was probably near the edge). A couple of years ago I was sitting in a VW Golf in lights when a Yaris reversed into the car. The VW Golf had no markings or scratches whatsoever while the crumpled back of the Yaris looked like it had been in a severe accident. These small "smart car" type cars are a danger to their owners.
