Switch to a different driver before exporting and see if that helps, if it does then at least you know what's the cause of the problem.

yh ive tried the whole shabang.From what I see its the vsti causing the problemanyone have this same vst

Use the save channel to disk option in the mixer (on the master channel), press record, then play.. It will play in realtime and save as a wav file
