always said him and laren were pants..and this new guy at right back i aint convinced about either...bring back gilbert!
ROTFLMAO.Lauren, Sagna & Sagna you aint convinced about but Gilbert you are. Gilbert got exposed at Cardiff, benched at Southend & will never recover.
When wenger threw gilbert in because of injuries 2 seasons ago he was top class.Defending and going forward.Sagna ive seen make mistakes that have led to goals when not being switched on and not recovering well when covering for centre backs.Laren towards he's end days was shocking and eboue looks to make more of meal about being clipped then actually trying to get the ball away and play the advantage. like someone said he's a cheating wanker that really pisses me off, concentrate on football rather then getting 10.0 in diving scores. he's first instance is not to proceed and advance with a ball, its to pass the player and go down under any contact... whats that about?Sagna, ok, he may come good, but i aint seen nothing special.. my opinon

how can people say hes only decent @ right-back?
exactly and at right mid i think he needs sum adjusting, its just that this is not the time to find your feet
would he be ahead of ronaldo at man u at right midwould he be ahead of swp at chelseaor even kuyt at liverpool lolthe point is a top 4 club should have a specialised winger/midfieldernot a make shift player who can do a 'job'

lol tell me why hes good at right midfield
Tracks back, got pace, and can deliver a cross. The fact we play with one striker who drifts to the left a lot of the time and doesnt burst the box doesnt help him, cos he cant be direct. The fact we play with a midfield which doesnt score goals doesnt help him either nor does the fact that its a midfield that likes to play intricate passing that he cant do also doesnt help him...Basically Wenger saw what he does attacking from a right-back position and thought he could play right midfield except his strong points from fullback dont work from a wing position as he doesnt have the ability to beat a man and provide that cross or the ability to drive forward and be direct...

Yeah he was good, but at Cardiff I realised he worst than Hoyte. From your like 22 and still taking the team photo with the reserves & youth players, Arsenal aint for you.

You man are so fickle, sell Theo one week, sell Eboue the other. What do I expect cos most of you wanted Flamini gone 9 months ago, now you herald him.Yes Eboue a prick, but dont forget this is the player most of us thought was the best RB in the league not so long ago...He doesnt play RM over anyone bar Theo - who aint a winger and who weeks ago you lot thought was too sh*t for Arsenal's level and should go out on loan...A fully fit Arsenal squad has Eboue on the bench. He does jobs on the right, and he better than Hoyte at right-back. The fact he playing this much at RM raises questions more about the fitness of Rosicky & van Persie, than Eboue IMO.

A bit harsh imoHe has made the adjustment from CB >>RB/RWBNow he has to turn into a RM/RWHe offers width but is a bit slow with his decision making but it will come, obviously he is used to having more thinking time as hes a RB. Playing further forward requires more craft, before it was all about runing beyong the Winger, now he has to hold on to it, play a slide rule pass, make a run in behind or beat a player. We must keep hold of him, great squad player to have, plus hes a charecter

Meanwhile, defender Emmanuel Eboue is rumoured to be subject of a transfer bid by Spanish giants Barcelona.TV3 says Barca are planning a summer bid for Eboue as they prepare for the departure of Gianluca Zambrotta.Eboue has enjoyed a love-hate relationship with Arsenal fans but seems to be a popular choice with manager Arsène Wenger.
