Being rumored to be released in April, Lil Wayne's anticipated album "Tha Carter III" finally gets its release date. After many delays, Cash Money and Universal Records announced that the album will be released on May 13.The first single from the album is "Lollipop" which will take official impact on both Urban and Crossover Radio outlets on March 25. The video already premiered last week on BET.A new joint titled "A Millie" from "Tha Carter III" has been released online. The track features Mack Maine and is said to be the second single."Tha Carter III" is the last installmemnt of his trilogy album series. The disc features production from Kanye West, Swizz Beatz and Alchemist among others. The collaborations on the album include Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes, Lil Mama, Ludacris, Fabolous, Juelz Santana, Hurricane Chris, Corey Gunz and many more.

chris can spit.the singles/albums he just brought out was no way near his style, just collipark/ doing for money stuff. he is on that ratchet movement. but him rapping is different, rap a lot have a cd coming out with his previous stuff. and j prince dont really f*ck with bullshit artists. he was doin his thing for a good while before ay bay bay came out.

Damn for the self claimed "Best Rapper alive" he sure does have a lot of support for this album. i.e Top producers and features, either he's hoping this will ensure a classic album or everyone featuring is just jumping on C3 for a substantial piece of the pie.That Lollipop track, the beat sounds okay...but he's not saying much in the song...like literally.

me personally i really rate Lollipop as a song in general, A Milly is sick but i tend to switch off after Cory's verse, and The Leak was fire. so as long as he now delivers the big track to push the album (beat, bars, hook, concept, the whole package basically), i'd say we're on track for a pretty damn good album.there's supposed to be three Kanye beats on there as well, and providing one of those beats isnt the 'didn't do that' track where Wayne manages to completely ruin a sick kanye beat, i think we'll be alright
