Nah man when your not confident in your product you release it when something ajor is happeneing that way you dont get the negative media attention cos all the attention is on the bigger event.This game can basically fly under the radar.They could have at least waited a month when there is less hype surrounding GTA but they knew what they was doin when they set the date.
