So he is gunna get 100 caps 2moro, im glad he is. Can safely say man has been the best England player over the past few years. Of course this was his lowest pointLOL @ gettin sent off for THATHe was like public enemy number 1, I remember the sun having a picture of a beckham doll being lynched DAMN!!!But like the lengman he is, he come back even better and helped Man U merk that season.And then with this penalty all was forgiven. Well a freekick in the game against Greece had to go in at some stage, took him x amount of times but the performance from that day was excellent. Just did not stop, put his heart into that game.
Yeah bue he still had to do it, 93rd min, the whole nation watching. Credit where credit is due.But yeah man was not giving up, he come like a D/M/DM/AM/F/ST RLC that day

Oh he gets credit no doubt, like I said one of them was bound to go in and that was pretty much the perfect time to get it.He deserved that goal, he was that good in that game he could've played in goal and done a better job than Martyn.

came back from adversity and public hate. Proven at club and international level. done it in big tournaments, went to a european elite club and got ratings. No recent english player can hold a candle to him. Gazza might have done it bar injur. BECKHAM = BADMAN.

Yeah he was special that day but I dont remember him poppin up on the left.

lol why bring up lampard in a beckham topic. Im happy hes getting his 100th cap, hope he goes on to get a good few more aswell he deserves it. Even being told he wasnt fit enough man didnt give up on it and worked hard to get his fitness levels up to where they needed to be. Gets bare stick but thats england fans expectations getting the better of them. dont think anyone will ever forget THAT freekick against greece. Hes been the face of english football for years and capello knows how good he is hence his comments when beckham left Madrid.
