Routine

I'm looking for a basic routine which mainly emphasizes upper body because I play football and my legs are pretty big.Also I don't want to look like a prick while I'm doing it. By that I mean I seen a guy doing high kicks in the weights section last night for god knows what reason but truesay I wanted him to kick himself in the face. Any ideas?

U still need to do legs imo, i aint gonna force you to squat but maybe thro in 3-4 sets of leg presses or any other leg machine.Does your gym have alot of freeweights & what days are you available to train?

Cheers for the replies.I don't completely avoid legs, for instance I used 2 different leg machines last nights.My gym has quite a few free weights and the area is quite big but theres definately more machines. I'll check that routine when I get home :D
