Why you talking in lbs were in england blud
DB's i use are in pounds, thought most gyms wereIve never seen DB's in kilos lol
i've never seen then in lbsunless ive been horribly mistaken for the last few months
How much can you curl with a DB
Well I do sets of 8 at 14kg in hand. Dunno bout max i've never tried for it with curls.I'm assuming i'm not only lifting 14 lbs.

Yeah that KG, that would be too light for lbs

literally anywhere. i think jjb and them places even have them. have u asked in ur gym though? a lotta them have them but keep them locked away so people dont teef them. they will prolly have u sign for it or pay a deposit, then they will give it back wen ur return it.
