safe, what about press-ups and sit-ups, are they good?
Crunches over sit-ups.Press ups will not do much tbh, how much time do you have?

You wont build muscle doing press ups, but they're good for toning up.Buy some dumbells, barbell and a chin-up bar. It wont be that expensive & it should be enough to work your arms, legs, shoulders & back. You'll probably end up neglecting your chest, if you dont get a bench though.

^^^Thats a home training video. Aint watched that particular one, but I watched the shoulders & back part of the series, which were good.
