Banned from Ebay

Alright, I been banned and had accounts suspended bare times, but I've always been able to re-register when I needed to.Right now though, I try register and when I've inputted all my details and click continue it just tells me "Your account has been suspended" even though I'm tryna make an account.So I'm guessing my address has been blocked/blacklisted.I looked around on the help pages and that, but I can't seem to find anything.Has anyone ever had this happen to them and managed to re-register? Do I need to send them an email or suttin?Safe.

Yeh but, if my address is banned then it wouldnt matter would it?When you buy something, is it delivered to your ebay address or your paypal address? Cos if its paypal I'll just use a proxy and put any old address down.

I don't get that far.Just after I click register and put my address in, it does it there.I'm using a proxy though now and I think I'm getting somewhere, so must be an IP ban ting.
