Just done a full body workout after 3 days of splitsSquats 8 reps 3 setsCuban Press 8 reps 3 setsEZ-Bar curl 8 reps 3 setsSeated EZ-Bar overhead tricep extensions 8 reps 3 setsSplit Squat 8 reps 3 setsShoulder press 8 reps 3 setsI have never sweated this much tbh.It's f*ck*ng quality but I'm knackered.

LOL at having a full body workout with dedicated biceps and triceps exercises but no back and chest.oh well at least u did legs
It's one workout, there's 3 different full body workouts I do, this was workout A.I'd done back and chest in splits earlier this week, as well as every other muscle group.
