PAUL INCE was last night at the centre of a race row after being snubbed at this year’s League Managers Association awards.The MK Dons boss was the only coach who led his side to a division win not to receive a gong.And his agent Steve Kutner said: “I consider it sinister that every manager who won a league title — from the Premier all the way through — was named LMA manager of the year, except Paul.“He has done an incredible job at MK Dons this season, winning League Two having spent very little on players.”Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, West Brom chief Tony Mowbray and Swansea gaffer Roberto Martinez all won for their respective division triumphs.But the League Two award went to Graham Turner, whose Hereford side finished third in the table.Kutner added: “I have nothing against Graham and I’m sure he’s done a first-class job."I just can’t understand how Paul could have been overlooked for this award given the season he’s had. I’d like someone to explain it to me.”LMA chief executive, Richard Bevan, insisted Ince has not been the victim of discrimination but admitted the voting system may be reviewed next season.Bevan said: “The votes are cast by each manager in the individual leagues for one of their peers.”Shocked former Watford and England striker Luther Blissett said: “Paul has the ability to become the first black English manager in the Premier League.“If he had won, it would have sent out a very encouraging message to young black coaches.”

Ah seen.I just posted a few paragraphs before clocking that it was voted by other managers.I doubt they didn't vote for him cos hes black, probably just think he's a bit of an arrogant c*nt.And TBH, does ANYONE like the MK Dons? They are a franchise and I imagine every other manager in that league resents them.Ince is sick though, needs to come to the Prem in a couple of years, we need characters like him. Just lucky he didnt get the Derby job cos his reputations would be in tatters right now :D

Im f*ck*ng glad tbh.MK Dons are a disgrace. They are moraly a shite club.My mate was a offered a pro contract in April, and so did three other players. On the day they were due to sign the contract they made them all do the dirty trainee jobs like cleaning and sh*t, then took him in the office at the end of the day and told them all they 'dont have the finances to sign them all and they were all released'Thats disgracful. Theres a deadline they legally HAVE to notify them of whether or not they will be signed and they broke it by about 30 days so now hes f*cked and has to play another season of youth football at another club to try and get a pro.disgusting tbh

true when you think about it. They are all sittin there laughin that he didnt get it while he's laughin cos his teams promoted and he won a cup.

ince is just grafting away and has been for time man will be coaching in a better league next seasonremember him saying he never got the wolves job because he is black and when he went to mansfeild maccasfeild whatever they took him on because the owners were iraqi or something

Ince done his thing this year a double but I think the fellow managers have a huge amount of respect for Turner after what he has done for Hereford, taking them up from the Conferance, taking charge of the role of Chairman, Director of Football and Manager.
