ye i no it still happens, but it aint the same as those early days. theres alot of genres that came out of the "rave scene", thers like a variety now...but i think they all kinda diverged from their original nature, as in what they did for people socially n pyscologically....some more so than others, n a large part to blame is commercialisation n mainstream attention. ppl wanting to use it as a business etc...
