Yh i think its probs water i did feel a bit dehydrated 2day possibly breathing aswell i wasnt concentrating that well 2day

It means stop.Its likely you've become dehydrated/weakened because of lack of food, go and get somethign to eat/drink, whichever.Or you could have just done more than you can handle, no matter how much you eat n drink well, once you get to a certain point, you have nothing left.

everything thats been mentioned, and sometimes it also means youve reached your peak, as in you got the best out of that excersize.it happens to me occasionally when i train legs

i was in the gym for 20 mins today, did some bench and used some free weights then just felt awful and had to go and be sick. wasnt nice

i get that feeling if i don't eat in the morning and go gym, come like my body is low on energy and just needs to shut down
