quick question

i have "grown" some belly fat over the past few months (lack of sport because of a lack of time), it's not much but it's bothering mebelly : when i sit i can see the fat like hangingchest : not much i'm on holidays from next week, do you think it's realistic to hope losing all my belly if i do sport everyday (3 hours+) and cut on some food for a week ?

depends on a lot of factorsmetabolism, calorie intake etc.i can lose fat very quickly, just cut down on food and do 3 or 4 sessions of cardio and i can lose a gutmy advice would be do 25 minutes interval training next 7 days and only eat maintenence amount and drink lots of water
