The Raul era is over and may actually be a good thing for the Spainish.Going to agree with Flojo on ther Germans, they just know when to bring it to the majors. This is a good German squad, strong midfield and frontmen.

I guess its just national emphasis.Italy = Slow Defensive minded build up play which isn't very wide.Brazil = Technical attacking football.Portugal = I dunno really but since the Pinto brothers they've had no good attackers
