Rooney does nothing of note and it's a great performance. Top forward.

Falcao does the same job, sitting on the defence. Gets kicked around. Has no real chances made for him and they somehow deduce that Rooney should have gone upfront - to do what?? Ffs.

all i say is he needed a long run of games and he never got that 

 

i believe if we started him at least 5 times upfront in a row we wouldve seen the real falcao at some point

I'll be happy to see him go. Hope he can start shining in Football again but it won't be at United. For the money he earns and reputation he carries he's done nothing to justify it.

Falcao has BARE energy, and never stops running.I've seen him play a couple of times but tbh I think he'd be a lot more suited for a team like Villarreal or Atletico rather than Chelsea/Man U etc.

fwiw. he wouldn't work in the prem. i'd bet money on it.

 

 

He will beast the prem easily

One glance at the current leading goalscorers makes me think Falcao would get 25+

Falcao leaves United and returns to Monaco

Radamel Falcao has returned to AS Monaco following a season-long loan spell at Manchester United.

The 29-year-old Colombian striker joined the Reds on transfer deadline day in September, initially on a temporary basis and with an option to make the move permanent.

He made 29 appearances and scored four goals during nine months at Old Trafford, and he departs with the best wishes of the manager and everyone at the club.

Louis van Gaal told ManUtd.com: "Falcao is a top professional and a good human being. On behalf of myself and everyone at the club I would like to wish him well for the future."

It's a shame it didnt work out for him, when we signed him i couldn't believe it. He gave his all tbh and made better runs than Rooney and his all round play wasnt bad but for the wages and his record he was a flop

Good movement, a lot of effort

System was too restrictive for him. He can't flourish in team which ignores the run, stops and then looks for the safe pass to keep possession.

He will outscore Rooney next season too, 100% sure of that.
