excuse the irrelevence of this question but is it just me or do shop windows make you look bigger than what you are actually are ?cos i swear i always look way bigger in them than i do in any other mirror

Lower the bodyfat, the more "ripped" you will beTry doing HIITEat clean with cardio x3 should be fine
?
run for 1 min slow, then next min virtually sprint and repeat as required.Eat slow release, complex carbs try not to eat too late at night combine weights with cardio and you'll get the look u want quicker. Keep sat fat to a min, and watch the other types (although they're not as bad) eat small meals throughout the day - say 6 instead of 3 large ones.

brad pitt to me was just very lean not really muscley, its not hard for someone with already low bf to beef up a bit and look lean. his chest looks absent, and minimal arms too, no traps. me>>>>>>>>>>>him basically.

And I'm not tryna look ripped, I'm trying to look lean with definition !

this is a realistic target for me, i got low bf and pretty lean,
