Washing cotton at 90 degrees...

ITs bound to shrink right?It's jus that a got one stain on a white cotton t-shirt within 10 minutes of me first putting it on.. my washing machine has a a 90 degrees "white cotton" option..But i'm thinking f*ck that surely its gonna shrink?Tried 2 40 degrees cycles with vanish already and it aint really doin much

it will only shrink it if u put it straight in the dryer/radiator.if u put it on while its still damp and stretch it a bit. it counteracts the shrinkage done by the hot water
