I got caught twice times 2 years ago in the space of like 3 months, inspectors at the bus stop with bare police. Got a court case, didn't go just pleaded guilty through post and then got a fine of around 3 bills and some change. Paid it all off at £20 a month. Said I wasn't working etc etc, minor.
See now i dont wana please guilty due to the addresss/surname thing.. if i can get out of it i really willHow common is it for them to use CCTV as evidence in court... cause tbh for me to buss them stories.. then see my face bait on some Tv aint the one.And obv if i plead guilty.. gives me a crinimal record. Aint on it.
It would be a costly investigation to go though CCTV then try hunt you down like some major criminal.Even if someone did come to your house and ask about the person it aint your name so you can just say someone must of gave this address.

Citizens Advice is sh*t.They will tell you to pay.If your in doubt just pay it rather then worrying.I just know from past experiences you just send that f*cker back with not known at this address.

i got done on 3 seperate occassionstwice in 1 day basically i just try bust a nice story but they were going on heartless third time a few days later same stop same wanker... i just banged man try run out... run into feds who wernt there previous occasionsfor the first case got a minor fine(its based on your earnings) then couple months later.... man had to battle the big caseif i was you id ignore it..... let themk go court without you... theyll fine you and youd never pay it.... just dont give same name to transport police again.

same ting happend to my sister she bunked the bendy bus, then she appealed but they sent the court letter, then they asked her to send her payslip to see how much she gets and she got £80 fine.
