Yea thats what I said, croydon borough looks after Norbury.But the town of Croydon, which the thread was addressing, ranges from SE25 - CR whatever.Same as there is the London Borough of Wandsworth, and then Wandsworth itself.South heads know.Well, except for you and Janay.
