Yeah, you need to add the hackulo.us repository (cydia.hackulo.us I think) and get the installous app.

You should now be able to get free apps (its setup exactly like the appstore app on your phone).

As long as you have 'appsync' installed, you can google/warez-bb/look for any app as a .ipa file and when you double click it, iTunes should automatically load up and add it to your iPhone.
