You can actually do it but you have to jailbreak the phone.

Once jailbroken,

Download safari download plugin

And the iFile.

Download any file and extract the rar or zip with iFile wherever you want.

Obviously it has to be an ipa and it needs installing

you can just plant it in a location and expect it to work

easiest way is putting it in the hackulous/downloads directory (double check for the actual filepath), then it gives you the option to install

i lost an iphone that has not been registered whats the likely hood of someone returning it to apple and them contacting me telling me they have my handset in there possession. i told them the imei number I've told my network etc i am pissed
