big big filmthe kinda film u get so comfortable watchin, u suddenly realise 20 mins from the end that its nearly over, and u dunno wot ur gonna do with urself.bit of trivia for uAndy McNab (Bravo Two Zero) was the the weapons specialist on set for this film.i read an interview with him around the time and he told of how most war films were disgustingly inaccurate wen it came to gettin weapons and such right. for instance he tore Platoon apart but praised Full Metal Jacket.he went on to say that wen Heat got shown to test audiences in an US Airbase, the soldiers actually cheered at the scene in the car park with Val Kilmers sniping guys off the roof of that hut. apparantly it was the first time any of them had actually seen a gun reloaded properly in a film.

fell asleep during this lol was good from what i saw which wasnt alot, didnt fall asleep because the film was bad or anything like that, was wrong time to be watching it man was too tired. got the mad heavy eyelids, trying desperately to keep my eyes open, werent happening. will try and watch it later.
