i put it in a bowl after i drained the wateradd sum fresh milled blacka nd red pepperneed alot of drink to help wash it down dohcoz its bare DRYyup b4 or after workout food

Raw salmon out of the tin > ________I hate tuna. It's paupers food.Though when you're eating salmon out of the tin you have to be careful, you end up crunching on the odd back bone. It's a bit sickly.
