front delt looking very solid, shouldnt concentrate on chest a bit as your traps and delts over power your chest
yea my chest is my weakest part, thats why i do a seperate just for it.im doing 8-10 reps for chest aswell so hopefully that can help my chest grow, unlike a few months ago i only done about 5-6 reps for most of my chest.

5x5 routine maked my chest explode in about 8 weeks, my bench jumped up loads too

5x5 routine maked my chest explode in about 8 weeks, my bench jumped up loads too
yeah i done something similar to 5x5, but it only made my lower/side chest growim doin incline barbell as my main excercise, doing slightly lighter weights and proper good form and i can actually feel my whole chest getting worked.
