Trouble with symmetry.

no one is 100% symmetrical. however, dumbells mean ur working both sides seperately so yeah, use themand get soemoen else to check ur form.

My right bicep looks like sh*t. Doesn't even pop. Swear I can't even tense it properly. Left one looks sick. Right is stronger. I am righthanded. Pisses me off.
try bashing with the other arm. no homo.

No no no. That's a no to your premise, that I bash with my right, a no to your suggestion that I should swap, and a no to your no homo request.

my right side is hencher then my lefti do dumbells as well..left bicep is pathetic 2 i come a bit like hell boy

I do around 5 sets with 5-7 repsMy first 2 sets i do both hands over the bar3rd and 4th i do one over one under, and swap over the next setLast set i go lighter and mainly work on grip strength so i try and hold it longer. I do both hands over on this last set
