tiredness

If you're at work or something and can't have a cold/luke warm bath or shower, have ice cold water and some light snacks like salads, etc. Keep stretching too and have short walks outside.Don't have caffeine, it gives you short bursts of energy and then makes you tired.Trust me, I'm up half the night then wake up very early for the babies. Tired all the time.

Eating energy foods, and relentless is also good.
