Stress & Anger

Happens to the best of us... we are only human. But how do you try to avoid conflicts and manage to keep your temper in check?Got alot on my plate like the next person... ended up rowing with a close family memeber not so long ago over something trivial and lost it... ended up punching a hole in the wall (not smart and regrets yes) :D(ps was a plasterboard hollow wall I aint superman, lol)Add any stories and situations relevant and how you dealt with it.

Juts have some alone time and chill. Contact with other people is restricted until I'm back on a level.

why are you angry? find the answer to that.
not sure...all i know is i have a short fuse... but only ever goes off the most with those closet to me...I've got into altercations on road in the past, but no man on road has ever made me angry on these levels...

Open the front door, walk round the back, jump over the gate, open another door, put the gloves on the side on, and keep punching the bag in front of me till I'm too exhausted to carry on.That or I jog to Strand, along the river, then jog back.nackers the f*ck out of me

i don't manage it really, i think some sort of management course would help me alot i should look into it
went to anger management sessions when i was 16didn't really help.when i get angry i get a terrible headache, usually end up falling asleep because of it

dunno, just spend time alone or listen to musicwhen i get into arguements i get angry quick..so i just cut off after a certain point cause i kno i will just lose it otherwise

walk it out. that's what i've been doing cos I've been getting so stressed and vexxed lately. whenever I get mad I go for a walk. It doesn't really clear my head it just gives me a chance to calm down without snapping at my family.

Dont know mateI've lost a lot of chances in life because of my temper. Recently I've learned to calm down a lot though just through being more positive in life and having a lot more going for me. Before I could never let an arguement go like I'd always have to have the last word but now I can walk away from a conflict.btw Im talking about us that actually have anger issues. Not people that get pissed off with their parents and think the whole world is against them...

I keep quiet, bottle the anger up then wait til the next day. 9 times out of 10 the anger has subsided. Or Ive forgotten what was buggin me in the first place.
