no i dont.. i see two similar jeans which will be different in leg width depending on waist size, and i see that the guy with probably the bigger waist is also wearing vans which are flat... while the other guy is wearing airmax's pushing the jeans up.

im saying it depends on the waist size and the make. one levis regular straight cut for example, feels looser than my diesel's bootcut same waist size and length. the diesels are tighter on my thighs and may look like what ur calling skinny when theyre not.
