They're not trying to gain knowledge, they're trying to find a flaw in our argument.If you go to a chuch and ask the pastor questions with an open mind with the intention of gaining knowledge and understand of Christianity then I'm sure he will help. Most Christians don't even know the answers to the easy questions, nevermind the hard ones. You might think that's bad but we don't care, because it's not about our knowledge, it's about our faith. You don't even need to really believe he existed to do that.And even if you don't believe in God and you try to live your life like that nobody could disoute you were a good person.But I guarantee 100% of people on here don't really do what I wrote above anyway, eg anytime you buy expensive clothes instead of giving that money to somebody who needs it more you're going against what Jesus said and did. However this version of events is way more believable then what a few men wrote in their bedrooms.Dunno if this has already been said in this topic, but Channel 4 are screening a season on Christianity and in the trailer they talk about how this religion started off as a small cult in the middle east. It's used to be seen as a joke same way things like Scientology are now.There is a force working in this world, but that force being a tonk book written by middle aged men = no.
