Greatest moment; when the old black guy on the panel said he hadn't heard anything that was asked or answered because he had left his hearing aid at home. Now if that is the case and he has just admitted to making up his mind before hearing from the defendent; why bother with all this nonsense hearing stuff. In theory correct Not sure what relevance that has to what has been brought up though: An athletic commission would ideally be made up of people who are sound of mind and able to attend hearing and be conscious enough to hear the points and arguements being raised and decipher that information whilst raising sensible and coherent arguement themselves. This guy claiming he hadn't heard what had been said (this happened deep into the hearing) raises questions of the competence of the commission. Plenty of "clean" fighters have been up in front of the commission god help the next one who has to present a case to someone who isn't interested/unable to listen.
