Connection Test Completed.Obtain IP address - SucceededInternet Connection - FailedThis is a DNS error.(80710102)As you can see i have an Internet Connection. It cant be anything to do with my router because if i take the lead out the PS3 and put it in my sisters laptop she gets internet fine!Its the same on my 360. At first i thought there was a problem with my actual xbox but seeing as the PS3 is brand new... It cant be that.Any ideas?Ive googled about the place but couple solutions aint worked for me.

Well i've been off live since about christmas Lool.And i aint connected since getting the PS3... Erm... Last week sometime.

If i recall this usto happen to me on my 360 have you tried unpluging your router and tried the searching for the connection again?

Tried that and it didnt work.Also just ran ipconfig/all and it gave me somenext DNS. Tried that just now and it still didnt work.

have you tried putting your ps3/360 into dmz?

That should be the last resort though Fizz.Try the unplug router/rescan ting still, it worked for me.
