VERYbut make sure u do em proper ur wasting ur time completley if ur form is baddont waste ur time doing "as many as i can in a minute"what id actually suggest is doing5xF rather than 5x10.. (5 x F means 5 set of as many as u can til u fail/lost form/cant do anymore)

That's what I do.Although I've started doing 4 sets of 15 reps.But I might just do the thing where I keep doing it till I fail.Eks, safe for that vid. Definately wanted to start doing handstand push ups but I am not sure if I have the strength to do them properly or do enough.

Handstand press ups are a f*ck*ng killer, i been able to walk on my hands for about 7 years so on a strong day i can do a good 7 without leaning on a wall...
