from watching ur form on them vids u posted im not surprised ur back hurts.its good these are working for u but u should really address ur form and biomechanics. cos the problem wont disappear u just keep papering over the cracks

Only hurt recently TBH, when upping itIve asked many guy in the gym, 3 contest guy too and they all say what im doing is fineBeen doing that for years, my back would have been broken years ago lol
