I had f*ck all wrong with me and got £1,200. Took around three to four months and it was three years ago. You won't get no 30 grand at all, I remember seeing a "price list" of the amount of compo compared with the injury and the 30 grand mark was for losing a limb. All I had to do is go to my doctor once, go to a specialist once and go to physio 3 times get some (unrequired) accupuncture on my back for free and then my cheque came.

I said I had whiplash. But when you go to see these specialist doctors don't milk it because they're used to people taking them for cash machines. I said "I can't even carry my shopping home, my neck hurts that much" and he just stared at me and said "that isn't true is it". So just say what's wrong with you and done. You're getting 5g+ I reckon, rather get that than nothing and get done for insurance fraud for getting greedy.

the person at fault's insurance companyi think it is but im not even to sure myself, il soon find out that anyway
IF the person being claimed has legal cover... then yeah the insurance company.if they don't have legal cover then the defendant can be sued for what they owe you. (from what i know)BASICALLYits a long process... just be patient.Remember people claim compensation over nothing. This L that I know got claimed against because she crashed into a merc. They claimed post traaumatic stress, unable to go work etc. and trust me the list went on for a while. 2 grand they got paid if i remember correctly. So if you got actual broken bones then definitely get every penny you can get./TTKK about insurance scams.

LOL @ getting 20 grandif you read insurance policy you will see that they only award 20 grand if you loose a limb, eye sight or something similarbroken limb will get you 5 grand maximumanyway I once sued the council for a dodgy pavement, got £1250 and took 10 months from start to finishand a couple guys in North West were running insurance scams, they would wait at a layby on the north circuluar and wait for a lorry to come pass, they would then pull out in front of them cause they knew it would take them long to brake, and BANG! hit them from behind, they would also have an acomplice pull over aswell and back their claim and eventually get the lorry driver to hand his deets
