Modulation Wheel Effect VSTi?

Do they exist?It seems most VSTis aren't compatible with MIDI channel CC7something (can't remember, but basically the modulation).Using FL7.

thisand with my keyboard... but it doesnt respond in fl for some reason... only in cubase

You need proper configuration for FL, I'm pretty sure FL8 has better MIDI compatibility anyway.

Current Project > Generators > [your vst] > Right click Midi CC 1 > Link to controller > Move the wheel > done
