The touch board just above the keyboard on my laptop is froze and is stuck on fast forward, so every time i play a tune it just fast forward sh*t, is they a way to turn off it

Just look through the device manager and just disable it.But if it's still under warranty, then ship it back A.S.A.P

my fingerprint reader stop working on dell laptop i have but i was covered by the in home warranty thing so someone came to the house and tried to fix when he couldn't he just took wid him and got it back in a week working again. so if you have warranty you should get in contact wid them i sent them a email
