FAO: LCD TV Gurus

I do not come into this room to post that much but I would appreciate your help on this matter.I am looking to purchase one of these two TVs, which one should i go for:SamsungToshiba?Please state your opinion and why.Cheers.
one thing i can tells you.. samsung lcd have very sh*t pictur quality on non hd channels....plasma is what you want if you want to appreciate your money.

got a samsung 40 inch as well, quality is completely perfect.. ps3 games and blu ray look amazing as they should do. either watching from close up or far or sitting to the side of the room etc the image still looks perfect, image colour and the dark/black shades are nice.definately recommend them.

thanks for the help so far guys, it may be the Samsung i go after.Afghoon, did not know Panasonic made the best HD's? i thought Panasonic was a brand to disregard.

dixons online are fcukin cheap compared to currys .. yet they the same group......but yea thats cheap...i went currys and had a look at this tv... all i can say is i want ......but my current projection is going strong...lol

bruv i paid 800 for a 40" LAST year...pissed (price-wise). :lol:but I ain't got no complaints, tv is sick.

i paid £2000 for my sony rear projection 46"...the fcuker is still going strong waiting for it to fcuk up so my insurance pays but the fcuking sh*t dont want any of it...lolsolid tv has brilliant picture quality...but i have my sights set on this new samsung 60" LED tv... thats the baby ...samsung_vizio_series_8000-480x277.jpg
