Lol at 1 RB and about 6 right mid options.Strikers still as piss poor as ever.
got to agree tbh Cole is not good enough, defoe is not a starter and heskey is effective however far from in form

Guest M12 Part 2

im happy with this squad for 1 reason. it is picked on form and not on reputation/past ability or affiliation to a top 4 club. no england managers have had the balls to do this for years.nothing but props to capello

Glad to see Martin Kelly called up to the England U20 team to face Montenegro on 11 August... I have the highest hopes for him, i want to see him make a few appearences for the first team this year. Im guessing with Skertel and Agger out, Kelly should start against Tottenham unless we buy someone before then.

f*ck the strikers the 'keeprs are the worry.James can't handle pressure.Foster the nation was relying on to live up to Fergie's praise - even if it does happen in the future he almost certainly isn't going to be England number 1 for the World Cup now.Kirkland can't train.Hart hasn't played in any big games, and could end up with Carson syndrome as soon as he is in a big match.Green hasn't played in big games either and Robinson's already flopped bare times.Green has to be given the next friendly and 2-3 qualifiers, lets hope he steps up.

The Liverpool midfielder reported a groin problem in training and he has not travelled with the rest of the squad to Amsterdam.Gerrard has returned to Liverpool to receive treatment on the injury and he joins Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster in withdrawing from Fabio Capello's original squad.Liverpool will be hoping the injury is not serious and that Gerrard will be fit for Sunday's Premier League opener at Tottenham, a game which you can watch live on Sky Sports 1 & HD1.
