The Government-backed initiative costs £20,000 a year to run.Bobby, 15, said: "At first I thought I'd got a GCSE early."When I read it to the family we fell about laughing."Bobby's daft "Using Public Transport" certificate is one of 109 ridiculous Life Skills Awards dished out by AQA.
