i put a fiver on bent at 40/1 the other dayit only took anelka 18/19?? goals to win it last season, and all the other strikers will be part of some kind of rotation policy, besides torres who will probably get injured, if bents fit, he plays = goals

Mate the only reason people PMSL'd @ Bent was because he played for Spurs.Look at Defoe, when he played for us before going Pompey this forum used to laugh at him and all his offsides, he went Pompey and it was "Defoe>>>>>>", "lol @ Spurs letting Defoe go". He comes back and its back to "lol @ Spurs".Now its the same with Bent, when he missed sitters for us, it was "PMSL @ Spurs", "lol @ Bent, Spurslolol", so naturally the same will happen again, which it is....

I might be wrong but I always thought most people on here rated Defoe when he was at Spurs the first time and were saying Spurs were dumb for not starting him...in fact I thought it was you who didn't rate him and were always arguing with people he was too greedy etc

Yeah, he is a greedy little sh*t, who more often than not just puts his head down and blasts the ball.But that didnt stop the majority of the forum back then, loling at his misses, especially if i recall that 3-3 Chelsea game at the Bridge in the Fa Cup a few years back, Jermain clean through at the end has the option to square it to Dimi to win the game, instead goes for glory and hits the bar. Forum had a field day with that.
