used to love HIIT cos it was basically the same as playing football (im a striker). then i stopped kicking ball and i felt the same pain as everyone else.

them heart attack inducing regimes there1000metres 3 times a week is enough for me
lol that's only 4 or 5 minutes of runningthat won't do anything for your fitness surely?
lol dunnoit makes me feel like ive done something though

Unrelated i play football today first time in 4 years. Stamina is disgustingly LOW (banged in 5 goals, passing and crossing game was weak, my positioning, first touch and dribbling is still on point)Anyway does this help with stamina yeah?
